Do not HIRE people to work for you. That's a tragic mistake. Hire people who can lead you when you need to be led. Hire people who can question you, when you need to be questioned. Hire people who can teach you when you do not know something. Hire overqualified with wealth of experience and knowledge. Hire freshers with their insatiable curiosity and enthusiasm. No, Do NOT hire people to “work for” you. Hire people to work “with you.” It does not make sense to hire chess players and treat them as chess pieces. For as long as we treat employees as underlings, and not as colleagues, we will not get their loyalty. Do you agree ?
